In yesterdays episode we spoke about the fact that we can achieve the best life possible, and achieve great things by taking control of our lives.
To ensure this happens, focus is the key.
We all have the power within us, that can drive us to success.
Over the next 3 episodes I will be concentrating on how we can create lasting change in our lives.
For any change to have any real long term value and worth, it has to be lasting and consistent.
There are three step to lasting change…
1. Raise your standards
2. Change your limiting beliefs
3. Change your strategy

Have you ever taken the time to evaluate your standards?
You may be surprised to learn that the standards you currently set yourself are quite low… well lower than they need to be to guarantee life and business success.
We must learn to dream, which in turn will force us to set higher standards.
We’ll start to believe more and push ourselves more.
Become more demanding of yourselves, push yourselves.
Raising your standards challenges you.
You start making better decisions based around your new high standards, and stop using limiting statements.
Positive thoughts create positive feeling, positive feeling drives action, and action drives results.
There’s no better feeling in the world that you can do something thats going to challenge you, something that’s going to push you to your limits.
